I am a plant that owns an R1T so please water me. The cameras flipping back and forth from park / drive / reverse is rather annoying and the "feature" in driver + to disable that doesn't work. I have found at least 1 active bug / feature that is not working and there are just some parts that are not intuitive / not very user friendly. If you remove the storage device and view on the computer you can see all of your recordings there. It's also very unintuitive as it will let you save clips and view them from the vehicle but you have to manually hit the "button" on the screen and it's just entirely awkward and not very usable in that regard. When looking for a new dash cam, check out our main page for the best bang for your buck dash cams. Not only that but you cannot view the dashcam footage from the vehicle. The reason why I say it's shitty is because it's recording via the front bumper camera and it's in a fishbowl. Less than two weeks after ratifying new contracts with Detroit automakers, the UAW announced plans to try to simultaneously organize workers at the nonunion plants, most owned by foreign-based automakers. With cost-of-living increases, workers will see about 33% in raises for a top assembly wage of $42 per hour, plus annual profit sharing, the union said. Ive heard about issues with not being able to wire to the fuse box. But Ive also never bought a brand new car (woot woot) either so I definitely want to get one. The UAW pacts with General Motors, Ford and Jeep maker Stellantis include 25% pay raises by the time the contracts end in April of 2028. Ive never had a dash cam before so dont know much about them other than theyve saved friends a ton of hassle dealing with wrecks, etc. The union says VW's pay lags behind what workers make at UAW-represented auto plants. The raises came after UAW members ratified new contracts with Detroit automakers. I’d recommend the a129 if you want a single channel it’s easy to swap since you just push it to the left and it comes off the window ,I have 3 cars so buying 3 dashcam doesn’t make Sense ,all cars have the dashcam cable tucked in ,all I did was buy 2 more Viofo gps mounts and just take the camera when I switch cars. In November, VW gave workers an 11% pay raise at the plant. A front- and rear-facing setup is highly preferable though not necessary. The camera would be used to keep an eye on whats happening around my car, ideally with motion alerts and video/footage or livestream which can be accessed on my phone. A message was left Thursday seeking comment from VW. I park my car outside my apartment, which does not have exterior cameras. The UAW statement says workers have complained about mistreatment by management including mandatory overtime on Saturdays, and they are seeking higher pay. It could become the first test of the union's strategy to simultaneously try to organize the nonunion plants. The factory in Chattanooga employs about 3,800 people who make the VW ID.4 electric vehicle and the Atlas family of gas-powered SUVs. The union says in a statement Thursday that the VW workers signed on in less than a week.
